Pannoramic 250 FLASH II 1.18.1 User’s Guide
3 Operating Slides and Magazines
Pannoramic 250 FLASH II has two pairs of guide rails
(5)
to manage the loading and unloading of
magazines.
Warning!
Do not omit to close the protective cover! It must be closed while the
microscope is loading and/or scanning!
Note:
The guide rails have built-in sensors that detect whether there are
magazines inserted in the input stack, or whether the output stack is
full.
If the system does not detect the inserted magazine in the input stack,
check whether you have inserted it correctly. If the magazine is placed
correctly, there may be a problem with the sensor. In this case, contact
3DHISTECH Service Support.
1. Remove magazine cover, before you insert magazines.
Caution!
Replace magazine cover, when magazine is not currently used, or is
stored for a longer period. The cover prevents soiling and mechanical
damage.
2. Put a magazine
(2)
into the input stack
(3)
.
The magazine’s rack (the back side of the magazine)
(1)
must contact with the guide rails
(5)
, with its open side towards the scanner.
