Upgrading Device Software
Device Software Overview
Device software consists of the Boot ROM program and the system boot file. After the device is
powered on, the Boot ROM program initialize the hardware, and display the hardware information. Then
runs the boot file. The boot file provides hardware driver and adaptation for the system, and provides
the support for the different functions. The Boot ROM program and system boot file are required for the
startup and running of a device.
