The message structure on Abis interface includes the following fields:
• Message Identifier field: It indicates the message type, which can be
from the following:
• Radio link layer
• Dedicated channel
• Common channel
• TRX
• T field: It indicates whether it is transparent message.
• Message Type field: It indicates the function of the L3 message.
• Channel number field: It indicates the channel combination type as
well as marks the time slot number.
• Link ID flag field: It contains the contents such as SAPI.
