Rotary Speed (Rotary Speed)
The following screen appears when you select the rotary speed function.
The encoding type is fixed to Incremental AB.
Select Rotary Speed.
See “Setting the Source Conditions.”

Turns decelerating prediction on or off
Set the scaling.
(Hz, Rpm, User Define)
When User Define is selected
Set the scaling factor.
Set the stop prediction (OFF, 2, 4, 8, 16).
Set the number of pulses per rotation.
Setting the Source Conditions
Set the source channel (input channel of a logic module).
(Only the channels with logic modules installed are displayed.)
When the logic source is ON
Set the logic source to ON.
Select the bits of logic signals of phases A and B
(Bit1 to Bit8).
When the logic source is OFF
Set the logic source to OFF.
Set the phase A signal channel.
Set the signal level to count.
Set the hysteresis ( , , ).
Set phase B.
