Procedure of Welding Current Calibration
The main procedure of welding current calibration is as follows;
1. Starting up of the Welding Current Calibration mode
2. Welding by the current calibration 1
3. Confirming the result of calibration 1
4. Welding by the current calibration 2
5. Confirming the result of calibration 2
6. Saving the conditions of calibration (results)
7. Returning to the usual welding mode
The followings explain the procedure of welding current calibration.
(1)
Turn ON the welder main power pressing the “P.R.M.Select” button to start up the
Welding Current Calibration mode.
The welding current calibration cannot be performed without selecting the user file.
Be sure to select either of user file No.1, No.2, or No.3 beforehand, save the
conditions, and turn ON the welder with the status that user file is selected.

Welding by the Current Calibration 1
If the indicators of “V” and “A” on the panel blink, the current calibration 1 is in the
stand-by state.
