The power battery used in the vehicle is a
lithium-ion power battery pack, which is
composed of lithium iron phosphate monomer
cells in series and parallel.
• The minimum termination voltage of
discharge is 60V, the maximum limit
voltage of charge is 87.6V, the standard
charging current is 25A, the discharge
current lasts less than 100A, the maximum
instantaneous discharge current is less than
250A 10s, the operating temperature range
is 0 ~ 45, the operating temperature range
is -10 ~ 50. Storage ambient temperature
range -10 ~ 45, 75%RH.
• It is not allowed to place the power battery
near a high temperature heat source. The
vehicle should be kept dry, avoid long
time in the wet environment parking, such
as: water parking lot, etc. If the vehicle
is immersed in water or wading (wading
depth is not more than 100mm), it should
be parked in a dry place. Power battery
leakage, if the electrolyte or powder
drops splash on the skin or eyes, should
immediately wash with plenty of water, and
immediately to the hospital for treatment.
• Unexpected accidents such as fluid leakage
and smoke may occur when the
• power battery is not used correctly or
impacted. When the power battery is
smoking, evacuate the nearby people,
immediately use the fire extinguisher, do
not spray with water or soak it in water.
• The power battery is located in the chassis
position, scratch, collision is easy to
damage, so the vehicle on the abnormal
road surface, need to contact XEV car
service station in time, check whether there
is deformation of the battery, shell crack,
etc.
• In case of serious accident, after the
accident is handled, please contact XEV car
service station for timely inspection.
• Power battery needs to go through 30~40
• complete charging and discharging
cycles (full discharge) to reach the best
performance state. In order to prolong
the service life of power battery, it is
recommended to observe this operation.
• Tire pressure and state.
• Air conditioning system operation.

ATTENTION
• Use the vehicle at least once a month
and charge the vehicle to ensure the
power battery life. When the vehicle is
not in use for a long time (more than 3
months), ensure that the power battery
is stored at about 50%, and the vehicle
is not allowed to park for more than 1
month when the power battery is less
than 30%. XEV company shall not be
liable for any damage to the power
battery or related components caused
by the user’s failure to use or store the
battery as required.
