General charging fault diagnosis
In normal use, plug 16A into the power socket first, and the control box will detect the grounding wire of the charging socket first. If no grounding
wire is detected, the power lamp and the connecting light will be on and the charging is prohibited. If the ground line is detected, the control
box self-check the four indicator lights on (bright 1S), the power indicator lights on; After the charging gun is successfully connected to the
vehicle socket, the indicator light of the connection of the control box will be on. After the charging machine at the vehicle end self-checks
without failure, the control box on the cable is allowed to charge. The closing relay of the control box starts charging and the charging indicator
light flashes at the same time. After charging, the charging indicator is off, and only the power supply and connection indicator lights on. In the
process of charging, please pull out the power plug first and then pull out the charging gun to avoid damage to the plug and power socket.
Protection function
Output over-current protection
Current greater than 13A open protection, disconnect output
Residual current protection
line L, line N current imbalance, more than 30mA protection, disconnect the output
Input undervoltage protection
Input voltage below 176V±4V, start protection, disconnect output
Input overvoltage protection
Input voltage below 264V±4V, start protection, disconnect output
Charge complete protection
When the charging current is less than 1A for a long time, the charging will be considered complete, the protection will be activated
and the output will be disconnected
