Towing with a wheel trailer
When towing a vehicle from the front of the
vehicle with a wheel trailer, use a towing
trolley under the rear wheels and secure it.
When towing a vehicle from the rear of the
vehicle with a wheel-lift trailer, it is necessary
to use a towing trolley under the front wheels
and secure it

Before towing
The following situations indicate a possible
malfunction of the vehicle. Please contact
XEV new energy vehicle authorization service
station before towing the vehicle.
- The motor runs normally, but the vehicle
cannot move.
- The vehicle makes an abnormal sound.
Towing mode
• If the vehicle needs to be towed, it
is recommended to use a wheel-
lifted trailer or a platform trailer, and
it is recommended to be towed by
the corresponding XEV new energy
vehicle authorized service station or a
professional towing company.
• If the wheels and axles of the vehicle are
in good condition, it can be towed by a
wheel-lifting trailer.
• When towing, attention should be paid
to avoid the rear wheel rolling with the
trailer.

• All towing shall be done using a safety
chain system and in compliance with
all national/ provincial (municipal) and
local laws and regulations
ATTENTION
• When lifting the vehicle, make sure there
is sufficient clearance at the landing end of
the vehicle. Otherwise, the vehicle may be
damaged during towing.
• Do not drag from the rear of the vehicle
with the start switch in the “OFF” position,
as the steering mechanism is locked and
the front wheels will not be kept straight.
