Printing on Prepunched Paper from Tray 2, 3, 4, or 5
1. Remove the tray from the printer and adjust the paper guides. For details, see Loading Paper in
Tray 2, 3, 4, or 5 on page 59.
2. Insert the side to be printed faceup with the holes toward the right side of the tray as shown.
3. Adjust the print margins to accommodate the holes. A minimum margin of 19 mm (0.75 in.) is
recommended.
4. On the printer control panel:
a.
Select Paper Tray Setup and then press the OK button.
b. Select the tray you are using: Tray 2 Paper Type , Tray 3 Paper Type , Tray 4 Paper Type , or
Tray 5 Paper Type
.
c. Press
OK
.
d. Select
Prepunched
for the paper type and then press
OK
.
5. In the printer driver, select
Prepunched
as the paper type, or select the desired tray as the paper
source.
