Expert Image Quality

Use this feature when documents require more than the 
basic image quality adjustment.

Sharpness adjusts the sharpness of the image. Use this feature to 

increase the sharpness of fine lines and details, or to 
decrease the sharpness for a smooth, uniform appearance. 
However, it is advisable not to decrease the sharpness too 
much, the copy might appear distorted. Normal is the default 
setting.

use when copying documents containing highlights and 
shadows. This option provides better reproduction of gray 
levels. Images tend to be sharper and have less contrast.

NOTE:

Auto Exposure enables enhancement of documents that have color 

backgrounds. The machine adjusts for different types of
