NOTE:
If blank sheets are not placed in the set of
documents to mark the location of the inserts, the
Document Centre 220/230/332/340 prints the image from
the next page on to the insert. For printed Inserts, place a
sheet containing the text in the place of the blank sheets.

Add blank sheets to the set of
documents where the inserts
are to be placed.

Working from the beginning
of the set of documents,
count the pages and enter
the page number where an
insert is required
.

Touch the Add Insert button.
The insert programmed will
appear in the review window.
Entries made are the physical
page numbers not the page
numbers you might have on the
pages. For example:
Documents 2 and 4 would be
programmed as inserts.
