The Key Operator establishes mailboxes and passwords for
the

Document Centre

220/230/332/340. If an electronic

mailbox is made available to you, documents can be stored,
retrieved and deleted in the mailbox.

Store to Mailbox

NOTE:

On the

Document Centre 332/340

mailbox numbers

are 3 digits from 001-200. On the

Document Centre

220/230

mailbox numbers are 2 digits from 01-30.

NOTE:

There is no password restriction for storing

documents in a mailbox.

Touch the

Added Features

tab on the

first Fax screen.

Touch the

Advanced

Features

tab.

Touch the

Fax Mailbox

feature.

Touch the

Store to Mailbox

button.

Using the keypad on the
control panel enter the
mailbox number.
