This feature offers the option of sending a fax of the
document being scanned. An explanation of each feature
follows these steps:
Current Dial List
contains a list of telephone numbers from the Dial Directory
that you want to receive the fax. Numbers can be added and
deleted from the
Current Dial List
.
Change Phone
used to change an existing telephone number in the Current
Dial List. You can select a number from the
Current Dial List
,
or add a number from the
Dial Directory
.
Delayed Start
to scan a document into the machine and send as a fax at a
later time.

Select the Current Dial List .

Select the number from the
Dial Directory .
À
Touch Next Destination .
À
Select the next number and
touch
Next Destination .
Repeat this step until all the
numbers have been added
and are displayed in the
Current Dial List . Up to 50
numbers can be entered.
To delete numbers from the
Current Dial List:
À
Touch Delete. (the machine
automatically selects the last
number).
