Troubleshooting

Please follow the steps in order. After each step is finished, retest whether the fault is

cleared or not. If not, proceed to the next step.

Check whether the device serials number is lost. If it is lost, copy the “config.bin” file and
restart the device. The “config.bin” file can be acquired from Woodley Equipment

Company.

Enter the main interface, select

If there isn’t a serial number in the
corresponding place, take the following
steps.
