6.8. Cooling / Joining

Nominal and current pressure indication

Drive the pipes together continuously by pushing <Joystick> e.g. to: p2 and adjust the
current pressure onto nominal pressure by <Welding pressure 2>.
You may store the current pressure by pressing <Enter>. The pressure is
readjusted as long as you activate another function (button / lever / joystick) so
the pressure is deactivated again.
6.9. End of welding

Select <Mode select> level: 5.

When the cooling time has elapsed, release the pressure from the welding cylinders by
pushing <Release pressure> to:


Select <Mode select> level: 2.

Release the pipe tighteners one after the other by pushing each lever <Clamp L1>,
<Clamp L2>, <Clamp L3> and <Clamp L4> to:


Open both clamping tools by pushing the levers <Shell lift L> and <Shell lift R> to:

.

Select <Mode select> level: 5 .

Detach the welded pipe from the clamping tools pushing the levers <Push pipe L1>,
<Push pipe L2>, <Push pipe R1> and <Push pipe R2> to:

.

Select <Mode select> level: 1.

Shift the welding piece out of the clamping tools by putting both levers <Pipe lift> to:

and
remove the welding piece.

Drive the tables apart again, <Joystick> to: Open .
Welding is completed.
