Cleaning operations
8.7.1 General instructions
A few simple cleaning tasks are required to a perfectly
sanitised and efficient appliance. The instructions pro-
vided here apply when the machine is being used on a
regular basis. If the machine is used consistently, cleaning
should be performed more frequently.
Do not use alkaline cleaners, solvents, alcohol or aggressive
substances. Products/ cleaners used must be suitable for this
purpose and not corrode the water circuit elements.
Abrasive cleaners may damage the bodywork’s surface.
Always use clean and sanitised cloths when cleaning.
When washing the filters, filter holders and all machine compo-
nents, use Manufacturer-supplied cleaners or products specific for
cleaning professional coffee machines.
