8.7.4 Programmed dispensing group washing
If provided, the machine automatically requests that
the delivery groups be washed daily.
To begin the washing cycle, proceed as shown on the
display. You can always cancel the washing request and
resume normal operation.
8.7.5 Selected dispensing group washing
If desired, it is possible to wash the groups at any time,
proceeding as follows:
• access the menu (see para. 7.1 on page 60);
• select the configuration button ;
• press the button;
• select the dispensing group;
• the display will indicate the date of the last washing
and the number of washing cycles;
• to start the washing, press the key ;
• insert a suitable detergent in the blind filter holder,
secure it to the dispensing group and press
;
• wait for washing to be completed, then remove the
filter holder from the dispensing group and press
;
• after the end of the rinsing cycle, hook the filter holder
of the dispensing group and press .
During washing, all coffee selections of that group are disabled.
Washing is interrupted if the machine is switched off; to resume
automatically, turn the machine on again.
