7.1
Accessing the menu
To programme the unit and view data, press on the
right slide of the touchscreen display.
7.2
Energy Saving Management
Three "Energy Saving" modes of operation are avail-
able:
• : manual activation
• : programmed operation
• : self-learning management.
To turn off the machine or activate the Energy Saving
mode, proceed as follows:
• select the bar on the right side of the display;
• select the menu key ;
• select the desired function.
If the machine is off or in "Energy Saving" mode, sim-
ply tap the display to resume operation. The machine will
return to full operation within 1 minute.
In any case, the system will continue to follow the
energy saving configuration.
• the Energy Saving features can be enabled
only manually by selecting machine or group icon,
as shown in the figure;

• the Energy saving functions are enabled ac-
cording to programming (see par. 7.2.2 on page 62);
• the Energy saving functions are enabled and
in self-learning mode, the system automatically
manages energy saving by lowering the temperature
based on the cycles performed in previous days and
weeks.
To enable the "Energy Saving" system, press
and select the desired mode:
