Preparing the IntelliStart Fluidics system

Installing the reservoir bottles
Use standard reservoir bottles (15 mL) for instrument setup and calibration.
Use the Low-volume Adaptor Kit (sold separately) to infuse smaller volumes.
The low-volume vials have a volume of 1.5 mL.
Required material
Chemical-resistant, powder-free gloves
To install the reservoir bottles:
Caution:
To avoid accidental spillage damage to the instrument, do not
store large-volume solvent reservoirs on top of the instrument.
Warning:
The reservoir bottles can be contaminated with
biohazardous and/or toxic materials. Always wear
chemical-resistant, powder-free gloves while performing this
procedure.
