ATTENZIONE
Scaricare la pressione all’inter-
no dell’impianto pneumatico e
scollegare l’alimentazione
pneumatica prima di interveni-
re sul prelievo campioni.
CHANGING THE PISTON ON
THE PNEUMATIC SAMPLE
DRAW
WARNING
Release the air pressure in the
pneumatic circuit and discon-
nect the compressed air sup-
ply before working on the sam-
ple draw.
- Scollegare le tubazioni pneu-
matiche dal cilindro del prelievo
campioni.
- Svitare le tre viti “1” per smon-
tare dal mescolatore il prelievo
campioni.
- Svitare le viti “2” e sfilare dal
corpo prelievo campioni “3” il
tampone “4” assieme al cilindro
di azionamento “5”.
- Allentare il dado “6” e svitare il
tampone “4”.
- Montare il nuovo tampone e
bloccarlo in posizione verifican-
do che (quando il cilindro pneu-
matico è a fine corsa) il tampo-
ne sia a filo “A” del corpo tam-
pone.
Lubrificare leggermente il tampo-
ne “4” e l’interno del corpo “3”.
Procedere al montaggio dell’in-
sieme tampone-coperchio cilin-
dro pneumatico operando in
modo inverso a quanto descritto
per lo smontaggio.
Effettuare alcuni movimenti a
vuoto all’interno del corpo prelie-
vo campione.
- Disconnect the pneumatic line
form the sample draw cylinder.
- Remove the three screws “1” to
dismantle the sample draw from
the mixer.
- Remove screws “2” and pull out
the pad “4” from the sample
draw “3” together with its drive
cylinder “5”.
- Slacken off nut “6” and unscrew
piston “4”.
- Install the new piston and lock it
in position checking to make
sure that (when the pneumatic
cylinder is at its limit switch) the
piston is at level “A” of the pis-
ton casing.
Slightly lubricate the piston “4”
and the inside of the casing “3”.
Install the sample draw in the
reverse order described above to
dismantle it.
Move the piston a little under no
load conditions to clamp the seal.
PNEUMAATTISEN NÄYTTEEN-
OTTIMEN MÄNNÄN VAIHTO
VAROITUS
Ennen näytteenottimen huol-
totöitä poista paineilma järjes-
telmästä ja kytke laite irti pai-
neilmaverkosta.
- Irrota paineilmajohto näytteen-
ottosylinteristä.
- Irrota kolme ruuvia 1 ja irrota
näytteenotin
sekoittimesta.
- Irrota ruuvit 2 ja vedä mäntä 4
ulos näytteenottimesta 3 yhdes-
sä sylinterin 5 kanssa.
- Löysää mutteri 6 ja irrota mäntä
4.
- Asenna uusi mäntä ja lukitse se
paikalleen. Tarkista, että (sil-
loin kun paineilmasylinteri on
ääriasennossa) mäntä on ta-
solla A mäntäkammiossa.
Voitele mäntä 4 ja kammion sisä-
osa 3 kevyesti. Näytteenottolait-
teen asennus tapahtuu vastak-
kaisessa järjestyksessä kuin sen
irrotus.
Siirrä mäntää hieman silloin, kun
se ei ole kuormitettuna, jotta voit
kiristää tiivisteen.

ATTENTION
Décharger la pression à l’inté-
rieur du circuit pneumatique et
débrancher l’alimentation
pneumatique avant d’interve-
nir sur le prélèvement échan-
tillons.
- Débrancher les tuyauteries
pneumatiques du vérin du pré-
lèvement échantillons.
- Dévisser les trois vis “1” pour
déposer le prélèvement échan-
tillons.
- Dévisser les vis “2” et retirer le
tampon “4” avec le vérin de
commande “5” du corps du pré-
lèvement échantillons.
- Desserrer l’écrou “6” et dévis-
ser le tampon “4”.
- Monter le nouveau tampon et le
bloquer en position, en vérifiant
que (quand le vérin pneumati-
que est en fin de course) le
tampon est au raz du corps du
tampon “A”.
Lubrifier légèrement le tampon
“4” et l’intérieur du corps “3”.
Procéder au montage de l’en-
semble tampon couvercle vérin
pneumatique en suivant l’ordre
inverse des opérations de dé-
montage.
Effectuer quelques mouvements
à vide à l’intérieur du corps du
prélèvement échantillons.
