The engine oil filter is located on the left side of the engine
(Fig. 77).
Put a receptacle for draining oil under the engine oil

filter.
Unscrew the engine oil filter item 1 (Fig. 77):

Clean the sealing surface of the filter holder Item 2 (Fig.

77).
Lightly oil the rubber seal of the new engine oil filter

item 3 (Fig. 77).
Screw on the new engine oil filter until it stops against

the rubber seal.
Tighten the new engine oil filter by hand by another half

rotation.
Check the oil level and, if necessary, fill to the »Maxi-

mum« mark.
Dispose of the old engine oil filter in an ecologically
8.
sound manner.
