Step 5:
The above shows the disassembly
process from Left to Right (#1 - #6).
Thoroughly clean all components with Image
Armor CLEANING SOLUTION Maintenance
Solution and rinse with water. When re-
assembling the pump, the parts stack on top of
each other in the reverse order they were
removed. Please note that you must clean any
pre-treatment film from the diaphragms and
the valve ports, if clogged, as seen in #6 above.
When putting the diaphragm in the pump,
ensure it is placed with the “dip” in the
diaphragm on the bottom side. See picture to
left for clarification.

– Disassembling, Cleaning, and Reassembling the Spray Head
Solenoid
Step 1:
Remove the black
spray tip nut that holds the
spray tip against the
solenoid.
Step 2:
Using a 7/64” hex wrench
remove all 4 bolts that hold the spray
head solenoid together.
Step 3:
Make sure to not lose the O-Ring
(it may stick to the nozzle tip) when
disassembling the unit.
