Hardware Set-Up Procedures
4.6.1 Resetting the Thermostat to Factory Settings

Disconnect the thermostat from the power supply or remove the
batteries.
X
Keep the buttons “+” and “-” pressed simultaneously while
re-establishing the power supply or re-inserting the batteries.
X
Release the buttons as soon as the LEDs flash.
Z
The thermostat is in its delivery state again and can be logged in
once more.
4.6.2 Resetting the Control Unit to Factory Settings
Effects of a reset to the functions of the control unit:
Interfering data, e.g. resulting from unsuccessful attempts to
establish a radio connection, is deleted.
Existing radio connections are disconnected.
The assignments of heating circuits, thermostats and range
extenders are deleted and heating profiles are reset to factory
settings.
The heating circuits will then be controlled at a constant power level
5 (factory setting).
Proceed as follows to reset the control unit to factory settings:

Press the unlock button at the right side of the casing and remove
the casing upper part.
The Reset button is located below the button cell lithium battery.

Keep the Reset button pressed for at least 5 seconds.
Z
The left LED Status in the casing flashes green. The LEDs at the
powerheads emit red light.

Place the casing upper part on and press it down until it snaps
home.
Z
The control unit is now reset to the factory settings and can be
logged in once more.
After a reset of the control unit, you also need to reset the previously
logged in thermostats.
The company data remains intact when performing a reset.
To change it, go to Central settings menu > Imprint > Support.
