Maintenance and Care
IM-HC 599871 0321 RABS
3:
WLAN module 1 was
already integrated in
another person’s user
account (e.g. at change of
tenants*).
The old tenant used WLAN module 1 to
carry out the entire log-in process and
to operate the system.
The old tenant removes his/her router
(e.g. when moving out of the apartment)
but does not delete the system in his/
her user account.
The new tenant installs his/her router
and starts the log-in process with
WLAN module 1. In this case, the
system will log in with the old tenant’s
still-existing user account.
For this reason, WLAN module 1 must
be deleted if the user changes (unless
the landlord deletes the system from
his/her object).
After exchanging the WLAN module,
the new tenant starts the log-in process
with WLAN module 2.
However, the original link between
control unit A and WLAN module 1 is
still stored on the server.
For security reasons, the server
therefore does not allow the addition of
a new device, i.e. of control unit A
linked to the new tenant’s WLAN
module 2.
1:
The old tenant deletes the system in
his/her object (see case no. 1). Now,
the new tenant can add WLAN module
1 or 2 as a new device to his/her user
account.
2:
The server administrator has to
manually disconnect the link between
control unit A and the WLAN module 1
at the server.
Now, the new tenant can add WLAN
module 2 as a new device to his/her
user account.
*In the description, the two users are described as old tenant and new tenant
