5. Configuring Your System

Enter custom text for the Backspace Instruction you want used for your VidyoGateway IVR
screens.

The Backspace Instruction is what participants dialing from Legacy devices are told in

order to move backward through menu selections.

Note

Click Default at any time to restore the original system text for the corresponding instruction.

The following screenshot shows the backspace instruction for the VidyoGateway IVR

screen:
