The event Trigger, Schedule and Action are defined in event section, as well as what media type it is to be
attached to. The server name, type and address/location are shown in server section. The media name and
type are shown in media section.
Event
“Event name”-
The unique name for event.
“Enable this event”-
Check to enable this event.
“Priority”-
Select the relative importance of the event (High, Normal, Low). The event with higher priority is
executed first.
“Detect next event in _ seconds”-
The delay time before checking the next event. This is used in motion
detection and digital input trigger type. The kinds of triggers supported are:
“Video motion detection”-
Select the motion detection windows that need to be monitored;
motion detection windows must be configured first.
“Periodically”-
Event is triggered in specified intervals (minutes).
“Digital input”-
Uses an external device or sensor to trigger event.
“System boot”
- Event is triggered when power to the camera is disconnected.
“Recording notify”
- Triggers when recording disk is full or recording overwrites older data.
“Camera tampering detection”
- triggers when the camera detects it is being tampered with;
Tampering Detection must be configured first.
“Event Schedule”
- The weekly and time schedules are provided.
“Sun” ~ “Sat”-
Select the days of the week to perform the event.
