You can also do the following here:
•
Specify a time server that is polled by the Wave ISM time service to keep
accurate time for Wave ISM components. See “Configuring the time service
used by Wave ISM” on page 7-20.
•
Specify External Caller ID settings.
•
Specify Music On Hold settings.
•
Licenses
—Add or import Wave licenses. Doing so enables additional Installation
Wizard tasks in the left pane so that you can configure users, add SIP trunks,
configure SIP phones, and so forth. It is also recommended that you activate your
Wave licenses as part of this step in order to avoid the disruptions described in
“Before your licenses are activated” on page 8-9. For more about Wave licensing,
see Chapter 8.

Dial Plan
—Specify the dial plan for your system, which includes setting up
extension length, starting digit for extensions, local area code information, and the
access code for external dialing. For more about setting up a dial plan, see Chapter
7, “Initial Call Routing Configuration” in the

Users and Extensions:

Users
—Add users, assign extensions, and set user options. For more about
adding users, see Chapter 11, “Managing Users and Roles” in the

Hunt Groups
—Create and configure station hunt groups and add members
added to them. For more about creating hunt groups, see “Configuring hunt
groups of extensions” in Chapter 10 in the

Auto Attendants
—Create and configure Auto Attendants, including recording
greetings, defining actions for each button press, and setting up scheduled
greetings and actions. For more information, see Chapter 13, “Configuring

Trunk Groups
—Create trunk groups and configure inbound routing. For more
