Chocolate lava cake
Ingredients:
75 g dark chocolate, broken into pieces
50 g butter
50 g sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp flour
4 pieces of dark chocolate
Preparation:
Melt 75 g chocolate and butter in a water bath or in the microwave. Allow to cool slightly
and then add sugar, eggs and flour, stirring well.
Lightly grease 4 ceramic soufflé molds. Put the mixture into the molds and place a piece
of chocolate in the middle.
Pour water into the base of the food steamer. Put two ceramic molds per steam basket .
Close the lid, switch on the appliance and set the timer to 10 minutes.
Immediately remove from the food steamer and either serve hot or let it cool for 15 minutes.

We, TKG Sprl/Bvba, hereby confirm that our product meets the requirements of regulation
1275/2008/EC. Admittedly, our product does not dispose of a function to minimize the
power consumption, which should according to regulation 1275/2008/EC put the product
in off or standby mode after finishing the main function, but this is practically impossible, as
it would compromise the main function of the product so strongly, that using the product
would no longer be possible!
For this reason we always tell the customer in our instruction manual to unplug the
appliance immediately after use.
