The air filter is located in-between the nozzle and the
vacuum pump, stores any foreign objects accidentally
taken in though the nozzle in filter cup.
Be sure to check and clean cup everyday before the
operation.
Removing the cup
If the element inside the air filter is dirty. The vacuum
capacity reduced and the degree of vacuum inside bag
and the degree showed on the gauge are different. So
clean the filter element once every week.
Pull down the release lever turn the cup 45

right or left
and pull it down.

Caution
If too much liquid was taken in from nozzle,
the liquid will overflow the filter element and
spill into the vacuum pump, which may cause
damage the pump. Prevent liquid from going
into the vacuum pump.
The filter is not prevent the powder ; water
vapor ; fog mist. If operation is in such place,
please choose the V-401NTW instead.
