Basic System

Cannot turn on BX7000.

①

See if you have turned on

BX7000

‟s power switch.

The switch must be at the “I” side to be on.

②

When the battery is fully discharged, you cannot turn

BX7000

. Please charge

BX7000

‟s battery.

BX7000 automatically turns off.

BX7000

is configured with automatic energy saving

mode, so it automatically turns off itself when it is not

being used for a while. To reactivate

BX7000

, press the

touch screen or an button, or gently lift it up. Then, it will

be turned on again. You can also configure the energy

saving mode setup for your convenience.

LCD screen is too dark to see anything.

BX7000

‟s LCD touch screen‟s brightness can be

adjusted to 5 different levels. Use the “Brightness

Adjustment” option in

BX7000

‟s System Setup menu to

adjust the brightness for your convenience.

Clock shows incorrect time.

BX7000

‟s clock can be easily configured by using the

“Date & Time” option. Especially the timer options are

based on the clock time, so please make sure to set up

the clock with your correct local time.

I can‟t use the on-touch buttons on the touch

screen.

When pressing an on-touch button, it will display an

animation of the button being pressed. If you cannot see

any change on the button even when pressing it, it is

highly possible that the button function has been disabled.

Disabled buttons are shown in a different image from the

normal buttons, and they cannot be pressed. Another

possibility is that the coordinates setup for the touch

screen and the button may have been incorrectly

configured. If this is the case, we encourage you to

reconfigure the touchpoint setup.

How can I delete all the data saved in BX7000,

and initialize the system?

You can use the “Factory Default” option in the System

Setup menu to initialize

BX7000

system. Please

remember, when the system is initialized, the previous

data saved in the system cannot be restored. Thus, we

encourage you to use this option only when it is

necessary.

The [SET] button doesn‟t open the “Setup”

screen.

When pressing the [SET] button on “Device Home”, you

will be directed to "Device Setup" menu. At this point,

the [SET] button can only be activated when it is pressed

at least 0.5 second, and this is to prevent the button from

unnecessarily opening the setup mode whenever it is

touched.

The [Home] button doesn‟t allow me to exit

from the setup screen.

Just like the [SET] button function explained above, the

[Home] button also must be pressed at least for 0.5

second to be activated.

I can‟t find a button to open the Calculator.

You can open the Calculator screen by pressing the

“Calculator” icon button within System Display Area on

“Device Home”. Remember, the “Calculator” button only

appears on “Device Home”. Thus, you cannot use the

Calculator in any other mode such as Remote Control

mode.
