“IR Learn” is a convenient option when:
1) BX7000
‟s Remote Control page does not provide a certain remote
control button on the device‟s original remote controller.
2) A certain Remote Control button does not work properly even
though the device has been successfully registered.
3) A target device does not exist in BX7000
‟s device list.
4) A target device‟s brand does not exist in
BX7000
‟s brand list.
5) You cannot find a codeset from BX7000
‟s codeset list that is
compatible with a selected device.
6) You want to customize Remote Control button options.
1 Press [IR Learn]
on the “Device Setup” menu screen.
2 Press [1- Learn]
on the “Learn IR code” screen if original remote
controller‟s button have one IR code.
Note . Press [2- Learn]
if original remote controller‟s button have toggle IR code
( for example, “Play/Stop” button ).

Select and press a Device button on “Device Home” to learn its
Remote Control button. You will be directed to the selected device‟s

Remote Control page.
Note 1. To move between pages, and find a device button, use the
[

▶
] button.
2. To exit from the “Device Home” screen, press the
[Exit] button.
4 Place BX7000 and the original remote controller to face each other
within 5cm distance.

Caution !
1)
Aim the original remote controller‟s IR transmitter part exactly toward
BX7000
‟s center IR receiver part.
2) If the original remote controller is running out of battery, the button study
may result in failure.
Thus, make sure to check the controller‟s battery
capacity before you try.
