Measure
8
E31*
OVER CURRENT ERROR
Output overcurrent
Replace the power supply.
9
E32*
BUS OC ERROR
Overcurrent in the main inverter
Replace the power supply.
10
E33*
LARC ERROR
Failure of the low arc energy circuit
Replace the power supply.
11
E34*
TEMP ERROR
Internal temperature error
If there is any obstacles in the front and
back of the power supply which
decreases the cooling efficiency, remove
them.
If not improved, replace the power
supply.
12
E35*
FAN ERROR
Failure of the cooling FAN
Replace the power supply.
13
E36*
SYSTEM POWER ERROR
Control circuit board error
Replace the power supply.
14
E37*,E38*,E3C*,E3D*
CPU ERROR
Control circuit board error
Replace the power supply.
15
E3A*
EMG STOP RUN
ERROR
Implementation of emergency stop
operation
If it occurs other than during the
emergency stop operation, replace the
power supply.
16
E3B*
POWER DEPRESSION
Inverter error
Detection circuit board error
Replace the power supply.
17
E60*
LEVEL OVER ERROR
Overvoltage of the command voltage
Check whether or not the command
voltage is within the specified value. If it
exceeds the specified value, change the
command voltage to within the specified
value.
18
W30*
OVER VOLTAGE
WARNING
Increase in load impedance
Check
whether
or
not
the
load
impedance is changed at the time of
occurrence.
If not improved, replace the power
supply.
19
W31*
DEAD SHORT
WARNING
(1) Short circuit of the load
(2) Internal element error
Check the load impedance.
If the impedance is normal but the
symptom is not improved, replace the
power supply.
20
W32*
BUS OVER WARNING
Overvoltage of the AC input voltage
Check the AC input voltage at the time of
occurrence.
The operating range is 187 to 229 VAC.
21
W33*
BUS UNDER WARNING
Decrease in AC input voltage
Check the AC input voltage at the time of
occurrence.
The operating range is 187 to 229 VAC.
22
W35*
SELECT WARNING
This occurs when IRG and PREG are
both LOW.
Check the singals to the 27 and 28 pins
of USER IO PORT in reference to Table
4-5.
23
W38*
MS SETTING WARNING
This occurs if the set value of the
number of M/S power supply units
mismatches the number of
connections.
Check the connections of the M/S cable
connected to the back of the power
supply and the settings on the monitor.
