This lights up with the DC output ON.
In LOCAL: the DC output starts to produced by pressing when INTERLOCK
OK,READY lights up.
In USER: the switch is pressed but there is no response.

In LOCAL mode, the power output is switched to OFF.
During the USER or SERIAL communication, the OFF button is not accepted but
an error can be caused for an emergency stop by holding the OFF button down.

Back to the previous one along the parameter tree.
Pressing together with the FUNC button shows the effective number of times of
the hard arc process.

* Until the error is solved, FAIL LED is not turned off.
