Use the LEVEL signal at 10.0 Vmax in the P-control, 10.0 Vmax in the I-control and 5.34 Vmax
in the V-control.
If the above-mentioned level is exceeded, ERROR is produced and the output is stopped.
The 1,000V rated output voltage model is 10.0 Vmax in the P-control, 8.00 Vmax in the I-control,
and 6.67 Vmax in the V-control.

4-6. Description of arc mode function
This power supply can switch between two types of arc parameters A and B predetermined for your
application purposes.
* Do not switch in the DC ON mode. When the parameters are switched, it applies after the warning
process.
The currently selected arc parameter can be confirmed at the upper right of the screen in the ARC
hierarchy of the MENU screen.
The changed set value of each parameter is retained by the currently selected arc parameter.
Retainable parameters are shown in Table 4-9.
