Input scaling is performed for the rate meter reading. By specifying
the scaling data and the exponential value (a minus power of 10),
the scaling ratio per pulse can be set. The exponential value
(a minus power of 10)is set in mode No.２.
〔Ex.〕Using a flow meter which emits 1 pulse per 1.234mL，
the cumulative total flow in liters can be expressed using
the following conversion.
1.234mL 0.001234L 1234 × 10
