RUNNING-IN AFTER OVERHAUL

l

The rebuilt / overhauled engine should undergo 
running-in.

l

  Do not overload the engine immediately after 

overhaul  as  it  may  result  in  rapid  wear  of 
components  due  to  overstrain,  overheat  and 
overload.

l

This will have a impact through out the life of 
the  rebuilt  components  resulting  in  under 
performance of vehicle.
