When you click the Create Log File button, the following screen displays.
You can use this screen to download the log file in text form. Click the file name
(SEL_1256_3c48a703.log in the above example) to display the download dialog box,
from which you can start downloading.
Changing the Connection Timeout and CGI Timeout Values
Windows 2000
1 Click Start , point to Settings , and choose Control Panel .
2 Double-click Administrative Tools .
3 Double-click Internet Services Manager .
4 Right-click the computer name and choose Properties .
5 Click the Internet Information Server tab, and then click Edit .
6 Click the Web Site tab.
7 Change the Connection Timeout value, and click OK .
8 Click the Home Directory tab, and click Configuration .
9 Click the Process Option tab.
10 Change the CGI Script Timeout value, and click OK .
Windows 2003
1 Click Start , point to Settings , and choose Control Panel .
2 Double-click Administrative Tools .
3 Double-click Internet Services (IIS) Manager .
