Server Setup Tool

Starting SST

HarnessEye/web

When Windows 2000 Server is installed using the Server Setup Tool, the Agent function 
of the HarnessEye/web can be automatically installed.

To manually install the HarnessEye/web, or to install the Management Console function 
or the Management Proxy function from the SST CD-ROM, follow the procedure below 
after installing Windows 2000 Server 4.0.

Start Windows 2000 Server 4.0 and log on as the Administrator (or a user having 
equivalent rights).

Insert the SST CD-ROM.

3

Open the command prompt.

4

Change the current directory to the following: 
<CD-ROM>\PUBLIC\UTILS\TOSHIBA\HEYE

5

Enter the following command:
SETUP

User’s Guide.

Toshiba Display Power Save Driver

The Toshiba Display Power Save Driver is a device driver for Windows 2000 that controls 
the monitor’s power-saving function. After selecting 

Install Windows 2000

 in the SST 

procedure, the driver will be automatically installed.

To manually install the driver from the SST CD-ROM, follow the procedure below after 
installing the Windows 2000:

1

Log onto Windows 2000 as the Administrator (or a user having equivalent rights).

2

Insert the SST CD-ROM.

3

Start Explorer.

4

Change the current directory to:
<CD-ROM>\PUBLIC\UTILS\TOSHIBA\DPS

5

Double-click 

setup.exe.

6

Restart the system.
