Client File Recorder

In addition to the streaming client audio, NfRemote also features a “Client File
Recorder” function which allows recording audio from up to three different patch
points within the unit simultaneously. The recordings will be stored on the machine

running NfRemote at the specified folder path with the specified filename(s).
Depending on network bandwidth, these recordings will either be a lossless PCM
(Nicam) or Vorbis source and stored as lossless FLAC files. Files can be split with

various durations, and recording can be triggered by presence of audio (VOX).

Client IP Options

This menu provides information about the host running NfRemote, and allows

establishing an “Outbound Connection” (described earlier) from one instance of
NfRemote to another specifically for client audio.
