Feature
Details
A–K
A–K reflect the various liquid and air lines. To make a valid path, one start destination
and one end destination must be chosen. Valid fluid paths go via the pump.
Pump
Flow rates: 1–150 mL/min.
Duration: Up to several hours.
Bubble sensor
When active, it is outlined by a blue ring on the screen.
Choose between two modes, 1) stop when wet, or 2) stop when dry.
When triggered, the bubble sensor will override the pump and stop it, regardless of
what initial pump volume was set for that step.
Prompt
A prompt can be added as a “gatekeeper” for the step in question, such as “harvest
sample from A for cell count analysis”. The prompt needs to be acknowledged before
allowing the subsequent step to be initiated.
Duplicate step
This button creates the next step in protocol. It does so by duplicating the current
step, with the assumption that the next step will build on the current.
Forward/backward
(arrows)
When >1 step has been created, the steps can be navigated through using the
forward/backward buttons.
Cancel
When this is selected, the protocol and protocol setup will be deleted without saving.
Review
The
Review

sequence at a high level. Individual steps can be re-accessed via the

where the protocol steps are shown with key parameters.
