Prepare conical bag (for bead input)

1.

Seal off top left tube to simplify handling.

2.

Weld spike to female luer with 50 cm (19.7") tube to the bag input port. The luer-lock replaces the
blunt tube end, so that beads can be added via the luer-lock syringe.

3.

With the luer-lock, beads can now be added to the bag via luer-lock syringe. The conical shape
ensures beads sediment near the bag port, reducing loss of beads.
