Remove PMT Cooler Shroud

Unplug J3, J1, and J6 (fan).

Disconnect all plumbing depending on the options. Configuration
plumbing connections will vary.

Using #2 Phillips drive, unfasten four captive hardware.

Pull PMT cooler upwards.
