UNCRATING MACHINE
ATTENTION: To prevent damage to extractor when
uncrating, DO NOT attempt to drive or roll off skid.
Carefully lift extractor off skid using two people.

MACHINE SETUP
ATTENTION: All operators and maintenance
personnel MUST read and understand this manual
before operating or maintaining this equipment.
For assistance, contact your local Service Center.
Your new extractor requires very little setup.
1.
Place recovery tank dome on top of solution tank
and secure with two thumbscrews (Figure 1).
2.
Insert black vacuum hose into dome opening.
3.
Install prespray wand and solution hoses. Insert
end of wand into hole located at front of chassis
and secure wand with velcro strap. Hang solution
hoses on hook located on top of solution tank
(Figure 1).

4.
Install OPTIONAL spotting trowel: Store spotting
trowel in velcro fasteners at left side of machine
(Figure 2).

NOTE: Velcro straps are only intended for storing
spotting trowel. DO NOT use to store floor tool or other
heavy objects.
5.
Check that two spray bars are factory installed.
One Deep Clean and one Light Clean. Machine
comes equipped with one additional Light Clean
spray bar. Both are detachable for easy
replacement or maintenance.
To identify the Deep Clean from the Light Clean
spray bar, the Deep Clean spray bar has six spray
tips and the Light Clean spray bar has only two.
