12. Lower brush, depress thumb lever on brush lift

13. Turn Key on.
14. Adjust brush height: Twist roll grips forward and
hold them. Read brush height meter and rotate
brush height knob until meter reads in the ”BEST
CLEANING RESULTS” range (Figure 12).

MACHINE OPERATION
FOR SAFETY: Do not operate machine unless
operator manual is read and understood.
NOTE: Vacuum area before cleaning.
LIGHT CLEANING
The LIGHT CLEAN mode is designed to clean surface
soil on carpet only. This mode automatically injects
cleaning solution into water at spray tips. The solution
flow rate is .35 gallons per minute. The cleaning speed
is preset at 100 feet per minute.
ATTENTION: DO NOT attempt to clean heavily
soiled carpet using the LIGHT CLEAN mode. This
mode will cause a ”mud” slurry or paste to be
created on carpet surface. Carpet must be restored
first by using DEEP CLEAN mode before
attempting to use the LIGHT CLEAN mode.

Disengage reverse release lever (Figure 14).

Turn key on.

Press the two Light/Deep Clean switches to
”LIGHT CLEAN” (Blue Area) (Figure 15).
