SOLUTION FILTER MAINTENANCE
Once each month remove solution filters and clean.
Replace filters if damaged.
To Maintain Clean Water Filter:
1.
Drain solution tank dry to prevent water from
spilling when removing filter.
2.
Unscrew and remove clean water filter (clear
bowl). Filter is located underneath at front of
machine (Figure 38).

3.
Remove screens from bowl and clean.
4.
When replacing filter, be certain clear bowl is
threaded securely.
To Clean Shut–off Float Screen:
1.
Remove recovery dome. (Figure 39)

2.
Remove screen from standpipe.
3.
Rinse screen and remove any debris.
4.
Replace screen securely on standpipe.
BOTTLE SOLUTION HOSES/INJECTORS
MAINTENANCE
Bottle solution hoses/injectors flushing is required
daily. This will prevent solution feed system from
plugging up. Follow flushing directions below:
To Flush Out Bottle Solution Hoses/Injectors:
1.
Disconnect solution hoses from bottles.
2.
Submerge hoses in a bucket or bottle of clean
water.
3.
Operate each cleaning mode for about one minute
to flush out cleaning solution.
NOTE: It may be necessary to a use a acetic acid
solution to breakdown chemical buildup.
SPRAY BARS / SPRAY TIPS MAINTENANCE
Spray bars are detachable for easy replacement or
maintenance. If spray pattern does not spray evenly
across width of machine and/or has a gap in between,
replace spray bar with spare and clean clogged spray
tips.
To Replace Deep Clean Spray Bar:
1.
Turn key off and unplug power cord.
2.
Remove spray bar from brush housing and
disconnect coupler at spray bar top.
3.
Replace with spare spray bar. (Figure 40)

To Replace Light Clean Spray Bar:
1.
Turn key off and unplug power cord.
2.
From operators right side of machine locate spray
bar under machine towards front.
