AT+CSIM=<length>,

This command allows a direct control of the SIM by a distant application on the TE.
Set command transmits to the MT the <command> it then shall send as it is to the
SIM The <response> is
returned in the same manner to the TE
Parameters:
<length>
integer type; length of the characters that are sent to TE in <command>
<command>
command passed on by MT to SIM in hex format
Response syntax:
+CSIM: <length>,<response>
