6.3.6. 

Communications Menu (COMM) 

The M300E comes with 2 serial communications ports located on the rear panel.  
The serial communication ports can be configured to use several different 

communications protocols.  By default the COM1 port is setup to use RS-232 and 
COM2 port is configured to be a half-duplex, RS-485 port but can be configured to 

be either a second RS-232 or, with the optional Ethernet interface, a 10BaseT 

connection.   

See Section 6.8 for more information on setting up these COM Ports.

M300E Internal Variables  

The M300E has several user adjustable software variables.

No data is stored in the iDAS channels during situations

When ON, this function causes the analyzer to

NOTE: USE OF DYN_SPAN FEATURE IS NOT
