INTERCEPTOR 147 2 Mbit/s and Data Analyzer

9.3.1 Warranty Policy

All equipment manufactured by Telecommunications
Techniques Corporation (TTC) is warranted against defects
in material and workmanship.  This warranty applies only
to the original purchaser and is non-transferrable unless
express written authorization of the warranty transfer is
granted by TTC.

The INTERCEPTOR 147 will be repaired or replaced (at
our option) at no charge for a period of three (3) years after
shipment to the customer.  Cables, printers, accessories,
breakout boxes and all equipment other than the above
mainframe will be repaired or replaced (at our option) at
no charge for a period of one (1) year after shipment to the
customer.

Liability under this warranty extends only to the
replacement value of the equipment.  This warranty is void
under the following conditions:

•

Equipment has been altered or repaired without
specific authorization by TTC.

•

Equipment is installed or operated other than in
accordance with instructions contained in TTC
literature and operating manuals.

No other warranty is expressed or implied.  TTC is not
liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential
damages.
