V.11 DATA INTERFACE

To use the V.11 interface, you must use the appropriate
adapter cable.

Electrical Interfaces

CCITT Recommendations V.11 and V.10
Circuit and pin assignments ISO4902:1989(E)

Data Rates

For both terminated and unterminated synchronous
interfaces, data rates from 300 bit/s to 2.048 Mbit/s are
available.

Terminated Mode

Interchange circuits 140, 141, 142 are terminated.

Unterminated Mode

All signals are unterminated.

V.35 DATA INTERFACE

To use the V.35 data interface, you must use the appropriate
adapter cable.  The following specifications apply to the
V.35 interface.

Electrical Interfaces

CCITT V.35 Recommendation 1976.  The interface
implemented is actually a V.35/306 interface, which
includes capabilities normally associated with V.11.

Data Rates

For the synchronous V.35 mode, data rates from 300
bit/s to 2.048 Mbit/s are available.

Clock and Data Tolerances

Delay, SCT to SD:

Approximately 70 ns typical

Skew, SCTE to SD:

Approximately 20 ns typical
