Check  if  the  engine  thermal  protection  has  been

activated.

THE MACHINE DOES NOT

WORK IN THE HEATING

MODE

There's no electric supply to the

gas or oil burner

Check the electric connections.

Check if line and auxiliary loads fuses are undamaged.

Check if the room thermostat contact is closed.

Check  if  the  engine  thermal  protection  has  been

activated.

Check if the safety thermostat has been activated.

THE BURNER FLAME LIGHTS

UP BUT AFTER A FEW

SECONDS IT GOES OUT

The electric connection has not

been properly made

Check the electric power poles (phase + n earth).

Burner to be checked or out of

order

Check the burner calibration

Replace the electric equipment of the device.

Check and/or replace the flame detection electrode.

THE FLAME OF THE OIL

BURNER LIGHTS UP, BUT IT

GOES OUT AFTER A FEW

SECONDS

The electric connection has not
been properly made

Check the electric power poles (phase + n earth).

warm air flow.

ACTIVATION OF THE

AUTOMATICALLY OR

MANUALLY RESTARTING

SAFETY THERMOSTAT

Air circuit obstructed

Check if the flow directing fins are opened.

Check that the air intake grills are not obstructed.

Warm air recirculation

Check if the flow directing fins are opened, so that the

warm air is not recirculated from the outlet to the inlet.

Check the air intake temperature.

Ventilation unit to be checked or

out of order

Check that the fan runner is cleaned.

Check the efficiency of the fan engine

Check the belt condition and the tension.

Check  if  the  thermal  protection  of  the  fan  engine  has

been anomalously activated.

Excessive thermal strength

Check the calibration of the gas or oil burner.

ACTIVATION OF THE

THERMAL PROTECTION OF

THE FAN ENGINE

Excessive  electric  absorption

and/or heating of the fan engine

Check that the air diffusion plenum is installed.

Check the supply electric voltage.

Check the air intake temperature.

THE FAN DOES NOT START

ONE MINUTE AFTER THE

BURNER HAS BEEN

SWITCHED ON

Insufficient thermal power

Check the calibration of the gas or oil burner.

FAN-LIMIT double thermostat to

be checked or out of order

Check the calibration of FAN indexes.

Replace the FAN-LIMIT double thermostat.

THE FAN DOES NOT STOP

WITHIN 4/5 MINUTES AFTER

THE BURNER HAS GONE OFF

Too high room temperature

Check the air intake temperature.

Check the machine exposition to solar irradiation.

FAN-LIMIT double thermostat to
be checked or out of order
